Refund Policy

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our products, that we're willing to offer a 30-day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase.

Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

We may ask for feedback to improve our product and service, though your refund is not contingent on the feedback in any way.

Please note that the money may take longer than 24 hours to be received by your bank account.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of our refund confirmation email, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we may request a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we may not issue a refund.
