Why are you targeting a corporate market?Coming from a corporate background, we realised there was a lack of easily available information that stressed the importance of flow and play on our professional careers, and how they can be leveraged to enhance our performance within the workplace. Had we known better back then; we would have taken the time to seek out solutions. Our intent is to close the knowledge gap for those within the corporate community and bring them the necessary tools and knowledge to make necessary adjustments within their already busy lifestyle in order to performance at higher levels.

What makes Peak Play different from an e-commerce platform?We’re not here to just ship products between the manufacturer and the consumer – there’s no shortage of businesses doing that. We’re here to equip you with knowledge and understanding about the benefits of engaging in certain activities (e.g. learning new skills, journaling, meditation), or using tools (e.g. nootropics), to elevate your performance, and put you in states that make you more ‘flow-prone’. E.g., Growing up, would you have made more of an effort to learn a musical instrument as a hobby if you realised that music is stimulating your brain structure by making new neural connections. How do I know that your products are good?We rigorously scan the markets for the most effective and advanced solutions that are not only backed by science but have also delivered our team of power-users tangible results. Furthermore, we take quality seriously and expect our suppliers and customers to do the same. If for any reason the quality of the product does not match its high-standards, we’ll be happy to give you a full-refund of the purchase price.

All payment information (i.e. credit card) and processing is handled by PayPal and Stripe payment gateways. We DO NOT store any credit card or payment information on our site.

What if I’m not a professional or in a corporate environment - are the solutions still relevant to me?Most certainly yes! We often speak about the corporate environment because that’s where we come from, and what we’re familiar with. It’s one of our ethos at Peak Play – lived experiences. But that is not at the expense of others who may be living through similar experiences in life and work, without necessarily having worked in a corporate environment.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?Delivery times depend on your location. All products ordered via the website will be shipped within 24 hours from Melbourne, Australia.

What areas do you deliver to?As of today, we deliver to Australia and New Zealand, but will be branching out to more markets in the near future.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?Just send it back and we’ll cover the cost of shipping and dispatch a new product right away. It’s that simple.

Can I cancel an order after it's placed?This will depend on how long after placing the order it was cancelled. We suggest you email us on info@peakplayinc.com at the earliest, and if the goods are still in our possession, we’ll gladly cancel it. If not, just send the order back as is after you receive it and we’ll process a refund for you.

Do you offer refunds?Absolutely. We take pride in the quality of products offered in our Solution Hub. However, if for any reason you are not entire satisfied with the quality of your product, just ship it back to us and we’ll offer you a full refund. No questions asked. How does a recurring/ subscription order work exactly?If there is a particular product (e.g. a nootropic supplement) that you have trialled and decided to consume it regularly, we recommend placing a recurring order. That will: Ensure that your supply never runs out, and you don’t have to place new orders periodically. This is the most cost-effective option as we offer discounts on recurring orders. To place a recurring/ subscription order, simply choose the ‘recurring order’ option when placing an order, and leave to us to send you your preferred product on time, every time. Frequency of recurring order can also be selected when placing your order.
